Born March 1, 1962 in Durham, North Carolina. Married June 22, 1985 to Sheila Stafford-Ray. Father of three. Attended Temple University – 1982 – 1985 Computer Science. 25 years in corporate as a Business Analyst. Ordained Deacon on April, 29 2003 by Bishop +Bruce D. Campbell of the Independent Catholic Union – Anglican Rite, in New Rochelle, NY. Received S.T.L in 2003 from the Independent Catholic Union Seminary, New Rochelle, NY. Ordained Priest on April 13, 2004 by Bishop +Bruce D. Campbell of the Independent Catholic Union – Anglican Rite, in New Rochelle, NY. Served as the Director of Ecumenical Relations and Social Outreach, 2003 – 2005 for the Independent Anglican Orthodox Mission of Pennsylvania. Member of the Anglican Church in North America through the American Anglican Council. Consecrated Bishop of Corpus Christi Ecumenical Fellowship.
